Office
We have a cool office in the heart of Rostov. You can get to us by transport without transfer from almost anywhere in the city. There is a beautiful park for walking, lots of cafes and food places nearby. And also Delivery couriers come to us in record time
The office consists of two openspaces, a lounge, and several meeting rooms. We have a tennis table, a Playstation, and popcorn machine. We have English lessons in the morning, and workers often gather to play board games in the evenings (we have more than 40 of them) or watch some movie on the big screen.

WebAnt is first and foremost a team
We regularly hold different events. Mitaps, conferences, intensivals, workshop and stages.
South Dev Fest
South DevFest is a part of a global series of events held around the world by Google Developer Group communities with the support of Google. Many of our team memmbers
are leaders of the GDG RND community. We have already held six DevFest conferences in Rostov-on-Don. More than 800 people visited the conference last year.
Code in the dark
It's hard to come up with a more informal IT-competition. A shot of strong alcohol and 15 minutes to complete the task.
Women Techmakers RND
WTM is an international Google program for women working or interested in the IT industry. The aim of the movement is to exchange experience, development and empowerment of women in the industry.
Recreation
We work and rest at the highest level. Our corporate picnics and parties are attended even by inveterate introverts.
