TaskIn 2018, the Rostov hookah-bar Youhoo decided to fully automate the work of its establishment. We needed to develop a management system, which includes the CRM system, warehouse accounting, staff control, menu and nomenclature, and electronic menu for visitors.
Our work
To begin with, we analyzed existing systems, such as iiko and Quick Resto. They did not suit our client because they did not provide flexible settings and loyalty systems, or an electronic menu for visitors.They were not portable for use on tablets and did not provide operational access to analytics. That is why we decided to develop a custom system.
Control system
1. Booking grid. Quick access to booking control and hall occupancy. The manager and waiters see the full picture of the day and can create an order by several clicks directly in the grid.
2. Services and goods section. Services are linked to the technological map. You can configure portioned and weight dishes, add ingredients, choose the price in different currencies.

3. Warehouse accounting system. Products are inserted to the warehouse, then after verifying the check are automatically written off. Employees always know how many products are left in the warehouse. The company can form services for all stores of the"&"ir chain.

4. Guest accounting system with their order history. When booking a table - information about the guest is pulled into the system automatically.

5. Personalized promotions based on the basket, user data, offers for a group of goods, with the possibility of indicating a discount on the entire basket or a specific service. Percentage or fixed discount.

6. Employee accounting system. Formation of the work schedule of employees for shifts.

8. System settings. In this section, you can manage establishment settings, add tables, and create new attributes of product (such as measurement units or hookah bowls).

Electronic menu
The entire system is integrated with an electronic menu for establishment visitors. The tablet with the menu allows customers to make an order without a waiter. The service works in offline mode on the device.
Additional opportunities: the choice of hookah based on the customer's preferences, the application of special offers to the basket with automatic calculation of the final cost of the order.
